The Northern and Southern Lophelia Banks are areas sampled during 2000-2002 cruises and will be sampled during this proposed study. The areas labeled "L" represent Lophelia banks that have not been confirmed. These areas would be targeted for location, mapping, and faunal sampling in this project. The proposed Marine Protected Area (MPA), including the "Snowy Wreck", will be extensively sampled.
