What might you find 4,400 meters (2.73 miles) below the surface of the ocean, where it is cold, dark, and pressure is immense?

Well, you might find this ophidiiform fish, which we saw during the 2016 Deepwater Exploration of the Marianas. And if you're lucky, you'll have a remotely operated vehicle like Deep Discoverer with amazing lights and zoom capabilities to let you capture imagery like this...enhancing how we conduct science and expanding our view and understanding of the underwater realm.
