Don't blink! We caught a brief glimpse of this Dana octopus squid during the descent for a dive to explore a site along the Clipperton Fracture Zone during the Mountains in the Deep: Exploring the Central Pacific Basin expedition. Notice the bioluminescent spotlights on the tips of two of its arms.
