While exploring at a depth of 1,453 meters (4,767 feet) during the ninth dive of the second Voyage to the Ridge 2022 expedition, we encountered a beautiful glass sponge that was serving as habitat for a wide range of organisms, including this galatheoid squat lobster perched in front of an anemone.
