Ocean Networks Canada’s SeaTube is an important annotation tool for NOAA Ocean Exploration’s remotely operated vehicle (ROV) operations. This screenshot illustrates the annotation made by a shore-based scientist for a goniaster sea star observed during the 2019 Southeastern U.S. Deep-Sea Exploration expedition.
